Do I need a subscription?

No. Your first file is free. After that, you pay $9.99 per listing or buyer whenever you need us.

Are all features included?

Yes. Every plan includes the same complete product. There is no premium version and no subscription required to unlock features.

Does the free file expire?

Your free file is not a timed trial. It covers your first listing or buyer through closing or termination, however many offers that takes.

What counts as one file?

One charge covers a listing, with every buyer and offer until it sells, is withdrawn or expires, or a buyer, with every offer on every house until they close on a home. It’s charged once, when the listing agreement or the buyer’s first offer goes out, and never monthly. Cancel it before anyone signs for a full refund. Downloading the document from Close This ends the refund too, even after you’ve sent it, so preview it in Close This first, for free.

Are signatures included?

Yes. Supported signature requests related to your transaction are included in the file price. You do not need a separate signing subscription for that work.

Do collaborators cost extra?

No. Collaborators within your workspace are included. We do not charge per seat.

What happens if the deal falls through?

There’s no refund, but the listing or buyer stays covered, so the next offer costs nothing. You pay for coordination, not for a successful closing.
